47th Apimondia International Apicultural Congress will be held in the TORATAU Congress Hall. The building is located in a scenic place which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the embankment of the river Agidel from its Windows near the world brands hotels.
ApiExpo Area is a temporary structure which has an indoor and outdoor connection to the Congress Center. There are 3 halls which has connected to each other with a total capacity of 7000 sqm in gross.

Method of Application and Payment
The exhibitor will apply by filling the online application form. After receiving the online form, ApiExpo secretariat will send an official form/contract to the exhibitor by mail.
The exhibitor shall pay the proforma invoice issued by the organizer by wire transfer to the bank account within 7 ( seven ) days commencing the invoice issue date. Booth confirmation will send after receiving the total amount. Invoice will be issued after the organizer has confirmed the booth location.
Allocation of Booth Space
Space allocation will be made on a “first come, first served” basis. Space allocations will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received. To facilitate an effective layout of the Exhibition and if the Organiser believes it to be in the best interest of the Exhibition, the Organiser has the right to make a booth reallocation at any time.
Cancellation
All cancellation must be to appeal in writing to Apimondia 2022 Congress – ApiExpo department. After exhibition space has been confirmed, a reduction in space or any other kind of modification is considered as a cancellation with below cancellation policy. Reduction in space can result in relocation of exhibit space at the direction of organizers. All refunds will be made after the congress.
